Hello, I’m Diego, the owner of the Playa Sosua Hilltop Estate.

I am an entrepreneur and book author from Italy currently living in the Dominican Republic, and I plan to return to Europe for personal reasons. You can learn more about my work as an author on my Amazon Author page if you are interested.
 

I have owned this villa since 2017 and have taken care of it throughout the years.
The house was fully renovated in 2011 by the previous owner from New York, under the design and supervision of architect Ernesto Reyes (NY). Since then, I have continued improving the property with modern upgrades, including the elevated infinity pool added in 2020.

My aim is to present the property exactly as it is: honestly, professionally, and without the filters typical of agency listings.

I chose to offer the villa FSBO (For Sale By Owner) to give potential buyers direct access to accurate information, transparent communication, and immediate answers to any practical or technical questions about the property.

For full exposure, the villa is also listed with leading North Coast real estate agencies such as Century 21 Perdomo and REMAX Coral Bay, at the same price.  For direct buyer–seller transactions, some flexibility may be considered, as no brokerage commissions are involved.
